Oatmeal Pancakes
We soak oatmeal in buttermilk for 24 hours to mix up this batter! This pancake is transfat free, high in fiber, and low in sugar. It fills you up, keeps you full and tastes amazing. Two pancakes make up a full order.

Made from a potato peeled when you order and this is a real Bohemian style potato pancake. Fried, thin and crispy. Comes with a side of applesauce.

We make our Belgian waffles with our Sour Cream batter. Crispier than a pancake and great with our fruit topping and some whipped cream.
Oatmeal Waffle
This is our oatmeal batter waffle style. Never light but definately crispy, this is a
nice twist on our oatmeal pancake. Also great with fruit topping and whipped cream or just butter and powdered sugar.
