The Bread
Our breads are made from the finest quality, most flavorful flours available. We start with a sponge, as European bakers do, to give our bread a nice texture. We ferment the dough for a longer period to create a nut like taste. Each loaf is hand made with love by our skilled bakers. Once the loaves are raised and ready we bake them in the brick oven. The oven bakes primarily with radiant heat , creating a wonderful crust and preserving a soft moist crumb.
