Bohemian Ovens - The Bread
 The breads are made from the finest
quality, most flavorful flours available.
We start with a sponge as European bakers do to give our bread a nice
texture.
We ferment the
dough for a longer period to create a nut like taste.
Then we bake it in
the brick oven. The brick oven bakes primarily with
radiant heat, creating a wonderful crust and preserving a
soft moist crumb.
